First year of production: 1997
Date and harvest procedures: End of September with manual harvest in low wooden boxes.
Fermentation length: For 12 - 16 months in barriques on its own leavens.
Malolactic fermentation: No.
Additional notes: Meditation wine, excellent with seasoned cheese.
